Welcome to Heritage Horizon Tours LLC. By booking a tour or using this website (hhtlux.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. General Terms

  • Heritage Horizon Tours LLC is a U.S.-based company registered in the state of Wyoming.
  • All services are offered in accordance with U.S. law and governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page.
 

2. Tour Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our official website.
  • Tour prices are listed in USD and include all advertised services unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
  • Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or local tax adjustments.
 

3. Minimum Participation for Group Tours

  • Group tours require a minimum of 6 confirmed participants.
  • If the minimum number is not met, Heritage Horizon Tours reserves the right to cancel the tour.
  • In such cases, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded to all registered participants.
 
 

4. Cancellation Policy (Client-Initiated)

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before tour start: 100% refund.
  • Cancellation between 21 and 30 days before tour start: 75% refund.
  • Cancellation between 14 and 20 days before tour start: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation within 14 days of tour start: No refund, however, 50% of the paid amount will be retained as a credit usable for a future tour booked within 2 months under the same email address. After this period, the credit will expire.
 

5. Changes and Cancellations by Us

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather conditions, political unrest, or any unforeseen circumstances.
  • In case of cancellation due to force majeure or operational issues, a full refund will be issued.
 

6. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

  • Passengers must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other required documentation.
  • We are not liable for missed tours due to lack of required travel documents.
 

7. Health & Safety

  • Travelers must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
  • Participation is at the traveler’s own risk. We advise purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
 

8. Use of Website

  • The content, images, and design of this website are the property of Heritage Horizon Tours LLC.
  • Users must not misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
 

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • Heritage Horizon Tours is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or loss of any kind during the tour.
  • While we strive to provide accurate descriptions, minor differences between the website and actual services may occur.
